GAP ANALYSIS / PRE-ASSESSMENT
The preparation for implementation, Certification Assessment or even continuing assessment is often a daunting thought.

A Gap Analysis takes the form of a scaled-down Initial Assessment, as the Certification Body would do. It identifies potential improvements and corrections at an early stage.
